The TLQAA+ project, funded by Erasmus+, advanced quality assurance and relevance in higher education programmes across Lebanon.

It developed innovative models linking programme quality, labour market relevance, and recognition of qualifications.

The project introduced the Lebanese Qualifications Framework to improve transparency, mobility, and comparability of degrees.

Guidelines and tools were produced to strengthen Internal Quality Assurance systems within institutions. Pilot reviews were conducted across multiple universities and disciplines, generating valuable improvement reports.

The project fostered transparency, trust, independence, and evidence-based decision making in higher education. It strengthened cooperation between Lebanese and international partners through shared expertise and best practice.

TLQAA+ laid the foundation for sustainable reform and continuous enhancement of academic quality in Lebanon. Its outcomes continue to support recognition, excellence, and student success in higher education.
