Role in Project
AUB has a long and recognized experience in Quality Assurance and intends to be active in the present project that is crucial for the Lebanese Higher Education. Its envisages the following roles in the different workpackages :
WP4: Providing necessary input to define a guide about building Internal Quality Assurance units that would help other universities to do so
WP5: Managing the workpackage with the University of Barcelona and providing necessary input and efforts to define the core standards and guidelines
WP6: Providing input to have specific standards and guidelines for few engineering-like programmes
WP9: Having two AUB experts attending the training of experts
WP10: Perform the self-evaluation for at least one AUB programme and participate to the external review of other institutions programmes
WP11: Provide reports and feedback to the quality process of the project
WP12: Participate in producing dissemination materials and especially the final booklet
WP13: Participate in building up a network of QA experts and provide advice regarding the management of the project
