A new Faculty of Arts and Sciences in being established
We were partner in TLQAA project in 2011. We are committed to quality assurance since 2009 because we believe that we are responsible for the quality of the education we are providing to our students through:
-
Applying Quality assurance procedures
-
Maintaining and improving quality assurance processes
-
Providing guidance to the faculties on maintaining academic standards and improving quality of teaching
Investigating causes for concerns regarding academic standards and quality
Recognizing this as one of our high priorities, we had vigorously implemented the approach of quality assurance at our conception in 2009, followed by a first self-assessment operation executed in 2013 based on essentially institutional standards.
We are highly recognized for the quality of education we offer; and in 2014, we enhanced and updated our training programs as well as revised the syllabus.
We consider the evaluation of the programs as an important and crucial step forward in the process of quality assurance and TLQAA + Project comes to offer us this opportunity.
We are very interested in the different steps of this project and we undertake to engage and make ourselves available in the participation in all the chapters depending on the needs of the higher education partners.
USF will co-lead the workpackage on experts’ selection and training.
