Auditing and quality control were integral parts of this workpackage. The activities in this workpackage were organized as follows:
1- Periodic reports were produced showing all activities carried out, together with the corresponding working days or staff costs.
2- At the end of every work package (on the dates indicated in the respective work packages), a report was produced showing how activities had been organized throughout the project. A survey and benchmark were also conducted to measure the quality of the execution of the work package.
3- As part of the final project meeting, a section was allocated to present the administrative aspects related to project execution.
4- An audit was conducted at the end of the project.
