The Study Visit focused on the ten-year experience of ANECA on programme accreditation of the whole academic offer of both public and private Spanish universities and the internal quality assurance procedure for universities. A particular attention is paid to the learning outcomes approach on the programme accreditation procedure, as well as the use of the Spanish National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (MECES) for the purpose of programme design and evaluation.
