After a year of work in the project, the national roundtable 1 aimed to present to the different stakeholders the major results achieved and to collect their feedback on several choices related to: i/ Lebanese Qualifications Framework, ii/ Quality of new delivery modes, iii/ Recognition of Qualifications, and iv/ Core standards and procedures. The main objective of the roundtable was to discuss with the different stakeholders (including professional sectors) the standards and procedures to be adopted in external quality assurance at the programmatic level and their relations to recognition and Qualifications Framework.

A project meeting was also organised in the morning of November 15, 2017 at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (12^th floor). This meeting aimed at:

• Defining the next steps
• Discussing the administrative and financial matters
• Setting the agenda for the second year (with milestones)
